Terms of Service
1. Service
Idle Game Generator helps users create, balance, and validate idle/incremental game concepts, economies, milestones, and templates using software logic and AI assistance.
2. Accounts
Some features require Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
3. User content
You are responsible for prompts, templates, uploaded/pasted information, and generated game concepts you save or export. Do not submit content you do not have rights to use.
4. AI output
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unbalanced, or similar to common genre patterns. You must review and test outputs before using them commercially. We do not guarantee game revenue, player retention, originality, or platform approval.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, malware, infringement, harassment, spam, automated scraping, attempts to bypass quotas, or generation of content that violates platform or payment-provider rules.
6. Paid features
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions will show price and feature details before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Taxes may be calculated by the payment provider where applicable.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past use. See the Refund Policy.
8. Service changes
We may modify features, limits, templates, providers, pricing for future billing periods, or availability to maintain the product and prevent abuse.
9. Liability limits
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, lost data, or indirect damages from using generated outputs.
10. Governing law
Governing law and venue are to be confirmed based on the operator’s legal entity and jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your location may still apply.
