Refund Policy
Summary
Digital generation services incur compute/API costs when used. Refunds are reviewed based on purchase date, usage, technical issues, and applicable consumer law.
Subscriptions
You can cancel before the next billing date to stop renewal. Cancellation does not remove access already paid for until the end of the current billing period unless abuse or chargeback risk requires suspension.
Refund window
Unless a different checkout page states otherwise, contact us within 7 days of purchase for review. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply.
Usage-based limits
Refunds may be reduced or declined if substantial generations, templates, exports, or paid features were already used. If a refund is approved, we may revoke paid access, credits, generated-history access, or related subscription benefits.
Technical problems
If a paid generation fails because of a verified platform error, we may restore quota/credits, extend access, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email, payment receipt/order ID, date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact support first so we can investigate. This does not limit any rights you have with your payment provider or under applicable law.
